Definitely highly recommend!

My daughter joined EDC when she was 4, as we saw so many styles to try and learn. In the past 4 years, she has learnt ballet, tap, jazz, hip hop, acro and Irish. Being inspired and nurtured by the teachers who are very passionate about dancing, she has become resilient, embracing challenge and enjoying dancing on stage. In her Irish dancing, she has achieved 1st place in both graded and championship competition s, thanks to many performance & competition opportunities our teacher provided and hard work from teacher of course.

We, parents, also love EDC, because we are treated as part of the big EDC family, via Xmas picnic, end-of-year concert & presentation, parent observation weeks, etc. During a pandemic, Miss Nicky even organised online classes for adults. Not only we got to exercise and stay healthy, it magically brings us closer to our kids, through dancing! The kids tend to work harder too during their classes. :)

"Our daughter Emily joined the Edge Dance Centre since she was four years old and this is now our 6th year. No matter in the face to face classes at the studio or the online classes via Zoom, the EDC teachers are very dedicated and teach children with a wonderful enthusiasm which is shown in their classes conducted in a professional and caring environment.

Not only focusing on dance teaching, Miss Nicky also cares about our children’s well-beings and safety which is very important to us as parents. We have the opportunity to watch our children dancing in the parent observation week and the children can have additional fun like wearing pajamas or theme costumes in the mufti week. Emily loves participating in the annual Christmas concert each year and we are very pleased to see her growing with confidence and shining on the stage.

By far the best thing is that he has become an "Edgie", part of a family of young dancers.

"Our son came to The Edge after a few years with another dance studio. He was sorry to move on from his old friends, but needed to grow as a dancer.

The Edge has given him a new perspective, like a lot of boys, he wasn't very keen on ballet, but since joining The Edge his favourite classes are Contemporary and Ballet.

By far the best thing is that he has become an "Edgie", part of a family of young dancers. The younger kids look up to the older kids and the older kids are great role models.
